Hi Tom and all – I just visited the site and am looking forward to participating in the diet program and forum. I feel I have a good basis start from as I eat pretty well at four times day with vegetables between 2 and 3 times day. I do have an issue with afternoon energy crashes. In fact, about six months ago, I literally crashed into the car in front of me aftering drifting off. I saw the urgency and have since made immediate changes to prevent this horror from helping again, but I think these are bandaids and the real solution lies in going to a better lifestyle with more disciplined diet with more smaller meals and better food selection. I look forward to staying in tune with the group. Maybe we can include a recipe sharing exchange – I tend to eat the same gluten free chicken dish for lunch everyday and the change would be welcome!
